Steps to Finalize 2026-2027 Enrollment
Welcome to the 2026-2027 Religious Education Program at St. Michael!
This page outlines the next steps following the receipt of your confirmation email from Flocknote that states “You've completed initial enrollment for 2026-2027 RE at St. Michael.”
If you believe you have completed your online sign-up but have not received a confirmation email, please email reodesk@stmichaelcommunity.org
To finalize enrollment, please complete the following steps:
1 - Submit your cash or check tuition payment to the RE Office or opt for electronic payment through the FACTS website by 7/31/26.
· Families paying by cash or check should submit tuition payments by July 31, 2026. Cash or checks made payable to St. Michael Church can be mailed to the St. Michael Faith Center, 317 W. Willow Avenue, Wheaton IL, 60187 or hand-delivered to the locked mailbox located to the left of the Faith Center’s main entrance.
· Families opting to pay electronically must enroll in the Facts Management System by July 31, 2026. As a courtesy to returning families who paid electronically for RE in 2025-2026, they remain enrolled in Facts and DO NOT need to re-enroll. They will be charged tuition rates based on the timestamp of the sign-up(s) with the associated fees. Their selection of 1 or 2 payments will remain the same as in 2025-2026. Tuition payments will be drawn on August 15, 2026, for families opting for one payment; or on August 15, 2026 and October 15, 2026 for families opting for a two-payment plan. Additional fees apply for electronic payments. Click here to pay electronically.
· Families for whom tuition payments would present a hardship are invited to request financial aid. Please print, complete and turn in this Tuition Assistance Form to the RE Office.
2 - Download, complete and email to reodesk@stmichaelcommunity.org the Diocese-of-Joliet-required medical form.
3 - Review the RE Family Handbook Form and explain the content to your child as needed.
4 - If your child was not baptized at St. Michael Parish, email a picture of your child's baptismal certificate to reodesk@stmichaelcommunity.org
Lastly, the Diocese of Joliet and the USCCB’s Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People require that we make available to all families four documents that support these efforts. The four documents are available for your review here.
